Information regarding payment methods, shipping and handling.

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made via PayPal. When you complete your order at Johnnyphi.com, you will be directed to PayPal to complete the purchase. You do not need a PayPal account. PayPal accepts electronic payments from major credit cards and personal checking accounts.

Domestic Shipping: 

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days after successful completion and payment of order. We ship to the continental United States via FedEx ground shipping.

A flat fee of $15 for shipping and $5 for handling will be added to all orders.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be sent to the shipping address you submit during the checkout process. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a street address, if possible.

International Shipping:

Arrangements for international shipments are made on a case-by-case basis. International shipments are normally sent via the US Postal Service and charges are calculated based on US Postal Service rates.

Packing/Handling Procedures:

All hats are packed with care by the experienced staff at our warehouse facility. When possible, we will ship the original hat box with the hat. If your purchase includes multiple hats, then we will do our best to pack them together in the same box.
